Yeah, I have a herniated disc. It sucks. But I'm lucky to have someone to do all the heavy lifting (and bending) for me! :D

I got seen last week by a cataract surgeon, and am now scheduled for (free!) surgery in 4 weeks. :) Here's hoping it helps my eyes to suck less.

That's good! Though I can't say he's a fox (ya know internet rules - Chap 18 PROTOCOLS, Section 26 - OPEN FORUMS, subsection 13 Compliments, clause 42 (c) " Compliments may not posted to or of the same sex that would normally be offered by the opposite sex"), I can say that's pretty gentlemanly of him. And he does look pretty cool with his hat. A bonus to you is that he didn't melt over there, yep stone cold.

Yea, he is a fox! LOL

(haha found a loophole - Chap 27 MISREPRESENTATION, Section 32 - OPEN FORUMS, subsection 29 USE OF SYMBOLS, clause 67 (e) " Statements, comments and postings immediately followed by a winkie, LOL, LMAO, and other variations automatically exonerates said poster from any and all rebuttals and castigations on said poster's parentage, heritage, education or any other characteristics".

But seriously sorry about your disc. That really does suck.

I set myself a goal - to lose 5lbs. by the end of the summer holidays (stress-weight I gained after my diagnosis). But I've already lost 2lbs.! Yay!! So I'm upping it to 10. :)
